this wkend was considered great. friday we had the connect singapore thing. at first we were like, wa boring lah. in the end we had fun lah. when we were at the hall, we were basically screaming to the song instead of singing it. so we headed out to the roads to hold hands and etc, even though the sun was scorching hot! there was one time when the radio was playing apologize, and we were singing like mad. we did the "yck wave" dono who started it, must be the 01s. not bad leh actually, it travelled quite far. so after that rush home and went to meet the others at kovan. there was 1 part where the guard was trying to be funny, i went to the toilet to change and later i put on my adidas sleeveless shirt. and this was what he asked me. are u the swimming coach? i huh 2 times! hahahah. do i looked like a swimming coach ?!?! so yea, we started swimming and stuffs. huai shen was playing with cedric i think, and he step on a ear ring. haha. the dolphin's tail. instead of he complaining, the guard was saying about the pants he wearing is not allowed in the pool. clement and i was trying to learn how to glide more effectively. lol! both of us suck at freestyle. lol. later all the others went to the sauna and left me, clement and cedric in the pool. we kept disturbing ppl. there was once this little girl, she was swimming across. so when she was reaching our distance, i chiong across. then ltr i chiong pass, clement chiong. then ltr clement chiong pass, cedric chiong pass. she basically stop 3 times! the scene was damn funny. waited for wenying and went to eat with buddy! chuen koh the mad guy. keep techno wawa. had thai express. we were sitting exactly the same place where me, bao and ms chung went to eat thai express like dono how many months ago. was totally drained out by the time i reached home. was watching the olympics opening ceremony, i waited for singapore for so long okay! and they practically didn't say anything bout singapore except for quah ting wen, a 15 year old representing singapore. li jia wei, our flag bearer, actually let the singapore flag touched the stadium floor. lol. caught on camera somemore. well, maybe its an accident. i guess the flag is pretty heavy lah. the water cube thing damn cool sia, blue somemore one, and quite style. the fireworks was nice, but then, air pollution! the way they put the fireworks was like as if it was FOC. went for tuition this morning and i was feeling so pissed. couldn't find this couldn't find that. went for lunch with tih jern after that. saw shuhui at j8. damn man, i wanna get a new bottle with a super nice colour. just like florence's. luminous green sorta thing. went to search for converse shoes but cant find =( tih jern shoe damn nice lah! first time i see got 2 layers of laces one loh. i swear i gotta get it on monday( well, provided the shops have it and also have nice colours). so we were talking about how ndp parade can take place if it was gonna rain heavily. when i was waiting for the bus, it started to drizzle. so i text tih jern and said, faster go home, ltr your nice shoes get wet. okay lame but ya. i just like his shoes alot. rushed home not to watch the ndp, but the swimming heats! once again, michael phelps got 1st for the 400 IM heats. kinda obvious lah, aiming for 8 gold medals. he broke the olympic record. but so far, no one broke ian thorpe record. i used to admire him okay! but too bad, he retired so early, could at least go for 2 more olympics loh. he probably had too much gold medals to fit inside his thorphy's cabinet or something. oh yea, and tao li got 1st for the 100m fly heats. not bad eh!! it would be good if she can get into the finals. it would be more exciting isn't it. maybe she can get a bronze, just to make sure that singapore have a 2nd olympic medal or something. watched handball too, so rough la the way they play, elbows and stuffs. wonder how is singapore gonna train youths for handball since they are gonna start a new association for the upcoming YOG. alright ppl. its currently 1.10am now and i'm very tired! time to zzz.
